Great customer service & Excellent Quality of products
Had placed an order of a customised journal & charms & accessories. Super impressed with the Black Canvas team for the quality of all the products, and their commitment to serve customers. One of the palm tree charms had unfortunately gotten lost in the packaging despite CCTV footage of it being meticulously packed. They immediately addressed concerns, and sent a replacement charm.
