my second journal from TBC. it's an excellent quality leather with a very unique olive green color. totally loved it. received it with a complimentary travel stickers and the owner Khyati was kind enough to send it along with a hand-written 'thank you' note. the hand-written note shows how khyati and her Black Canvas team genuinely want their customer to feel overwhelming and happy with every product they create. i think they try to bring forth more than just a 'buyer-seller' connection and want their customers to feel more personal with their products. it's like something made specially for us.
thank you for quality stationery!
team TBC :)
I love this traveller’s journal. The green isn’t flashy, but yet is an interesting departure from the browns and the blacks. The leather is supple and seems to be of a good quality. I’ve never really had a problem with any products from TBC.
If I could change something in this, it would be the notebook. I wish this came with a saddle stitched notebook. It’s easier to string the elastic through if the notebook is saddle stitched. I’m using the supplied notebook in the A6 leather docket, works great there. It’s a bit difficult finding the right sized notebooks from the market though.
